MJW SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT

MJW Consolidated, an employee-owned company with headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla, has announced its annual contribution to its scholarship program for employees and their children. The company has donated $60,000 to its scholarship program for employees or their children to fund college tuition. Individual awards range from $2,000 to $5,000 annually. 

Scholarships are offered each year for full-time or part-time study at an accredited two- or four- year colleges, university, or graduate school of the student’s choice.

The MJW scholarship is administered by Scholarship Management Services, a division of Scholarships America. Approval of the scholarship awards are performed by Scholarship Management in order to keep the process fair and unbiased.

Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of goals and aspirations, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an outside appraisal.
